Sharjah — Al Khan
Huda Tower
A high-rise residential tower on Al Khan Street, minutes from the Sharjah corniche and the Dubai border.
About the Tower
A coastal high-rise on one of Sharjah's best-connected streets.
Huda Tower sits on Al Khan Street in Sharjah — a coastal residential corridor that runs between Al Mamzar beach and Al Majaz waterfront. The area is anchored by Lulu Hypermarket, Al Majaz Park, the Al Qasimia mosque, and several long-standing family schools, with seamless access to Al Wahda Street, Sharjah International Airport and the Dubai border.
The building is a high-rise reinforced-concrete residential tower with around 200 family apartments and two ground-floor retail units. Day-to-day operations — leasing, maintenance and tenant services — are handled by a long-standing external management team. Al Kaitoob holds the tower as part of its long-term Sharjah portfolio.
The Neighbourhood
Al Khan, Sharjah.
Al Khan is one of Sharjah's most established residential pockets — a quiet, walkable strip running parallel to the Sharjah lagoon. It's bordered by Al Mamzar Beach to the west, Al Majaz to the south, and Al Taawun to the north, with the Dubai–Sharjah border less than ten minutes away.
The area combines coastal living with city-edge connectivity: Sharjah International Airport is fifteen minutes inland, and Al Wahda Street links Al Khan straight into Dubai via the Sharjah–Dubai trunk roads.
